To be eligible for a return, the Product must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage. It should also be returned in its original packaging. Please note that custom or personalized sofas are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your Product. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos if the product is damaged or defective. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned Product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply. If the return is due to a defect or damage caused during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your Product for a different model, color, or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Our customer service team is happy to assist you in finding the perfect replacement.
